We don't use pesticides or repellants to get rid of the bats. They simply can't get back in. Once we're done the bats that are inside will leave at night as usual. They'll go straight though the same holes they were using, only this time they'll go through our small and inconspicuous one way exclusion device and won't be able to get back in. We also thoroughly go over the whole building to fix any other holes or gaps so they can't get in anywhere else.

We even fix items that are coming loose to prevent future problems. We use professional grade materials and choose sealant colors that will blend in. Most of our repairs should outlast your roof.
